Eventi exists because chasing RSVPs is broken. You send a beautiful invitation by email or paste a link into a group chat, and then you spend the next three weeks texting people one by one to find out who is actually coming. The reply never lands where you sent it. It lands in WhatsApp, in a side conversation, in your head.
Why we built it.
We started Eventi after planning enough weddings, birthdays and community events to notice the same failure every time. Guests do not fill out forms and they do not reply to email, but nearly all of them answer a WhatsApp message within a day. So we built the whole flow around the channel where people actually respond: the invitation arrives as a personal message, the reply is a single tap, and the answer is tied to a named guest instead of an anonymous form submission you have to untangle later.

No app for your guests to install, no account for them to create, and no tech setup for you. Import your guest list, design the invitation, and send.
WhatsApp invitations
Every guest gets a personal invitation in the app they already open all day, sent from a real business number with one-tap Yes / No / Maybe buttons.
Reminders that know when to stop
Up to three automatic reminder rounds chase only the guests who have not answered yet. The moment someone replies, the reminders for them stop.
Live tracking and seating
Watch delivery, opens and RSVPs update per guest in real time, then arrange confirmed guests into tables with a drag-and-drop seating chart.

Free tools, in five languages.
Even before you send a single invitation, a set of Eventi tools are free to use: an invitation maker, a wedding hashtag generator, a seating chart maker, a wedding budget calculator and a guest list template. The product itself is available in English, Hebrew, French, Hindi and Portuguese, so your guests read their invitation in the language they speak.
