Auto-reminders can only be turned on or off, with no option to choose when they go out, and they reach invited guests who are already signed up for Partiful. A guest questionnaire can collect dietary needs and the names of plus-ones. It is a good free RSVP tracker for a crowd that already uses Partiful, and a weaker one for relatives who will never create an account. ## Evite Evite describes itself as a free online invitation and event planning platform, offers many free digital invitations alongside Premium options with exclusive designs, and advertises built-in RSVP tracking, according to its homepage. Invitations can be shared by text, email or link. The subscription tier, Evite Pro, is an annual plan that includes unlimited Premium invitations, no display ads and up to 2,500 guests per event, according to Evite’s Pro page. The free tier is genuinely free, with the trade-off that guests click through to a web page to respond and the reminders are the generic kind rather than ones aware of who has already answered. ## Eventbrite Eventbrite is a ticketing platform first. According to its organizer pricing page it is always free for events with free tickets, with no ticketing platform fees, and paid tickets carry a service fee plus a payment processing fee. Guests register on an Eventbrite event page and receive a ticket. That is the right shape for a public talk or a community meetup, and an odd one for a private party, where nobody needs a ticket and the whole flow assumes strangers are finding you. ## A Google Form or a spreadsheet The do-it-yourself option. You build a form with a name field and an attending question, share the link, and every answer lands in a spreadsheet. It is free with a Google account, it has no guest limit worth mentioning, and it bends to any question you want to ask. What it lacks is everything around the form: nobody is reminded, replies are only as identifiable as the name the guest typed, and you are the one copying the link into chats and chasing the silence. Each guest receives a WhatsApp message from a real business number with Yes, No and Not sure yet buttons, and guests without WhatsApp get the same invitation by SMS with a link to answer. One tap records the reply against the guest’s name, a household invitation triggers a headcount question, and reminders go only to guests without a firm answer, stopping the moment someone taps.
