How Eventi sends invitations over WhatsApp
No app to install, no account to create. Here's what actually happens when you hit send.

Eventi sends your invitation as a normal WhatsApp message, from a real business number, straight into a chat your guests already have open - not an email, and not another app they have to install first.
What guests actually see
The invitation you designed - a picture you uploaded, or a link to your own site - arrives as the message itself. Underneath it, three buttons: Yes, I’ll be there, Sorry, can’t make it, and Not sure yet. Tapping one replies instantly, no page to load, no form to fill in.
What happens on your side
- Delivery, read receipts, and RSVPs update live in your dashboard.
- A tap on a button updates that guest’s status immediately - not after a delay.
- If a guest replies “Yes” and you invited more than one person, we ask a quick follow-up for the final headcount.
Nothing about it requires a guest to trust a new app with their phone number, an account, or their attention for more than a few seconds. If someone doesn’t reply right away, that’s what reminder rounds are for.
