Importing your guest list from a spreadsheet

You import your guest list into Eventi from a CSV or Excel file - no need to retype names and phone numbers you already have in a spreadsheet from a previous event or a family member’s file.

What gets imported

• Name and phone number for each guest.
• Party size, if your file has a headcount column.
• Anything that looks like a phone number gets normalized and validated automatically.

Before anything is saved

You get a preview of exactly what will be imported - which rows matched cleanly, and which ones need a second look (a missing phone number, for example). Nothing is written to your guest list until you confirm it. Once it’s in, you can stop maintaining that sheet by hand - see what changes once tracking is automatic.
