# Reminders that stop the moment someone answers

Set the reminder schedule once. Guests who already said yes or no stop getting reminders.

The whole point of a reminder is to reach the people who haven’t answered yet - not to annoy the ones who already have. Eventi’s reminder rounds are built around that one rule.

## How rounds work

You choose the schedule: the initial invitation, then automatic reminders to guests who haven’t answered, each with its own delay. Before every round goes out, Eventi checks whether that guest has already given a firm answer.

-   “Yes” or “No” - the reminder chain stops for that guest immediately.
-   “Not sure yet” - still counts as undecided, so they’ll get the next round.
-   No reply at all - also undecided, and also gets the next round.

## Why this matters

Nobody wants to be reminded about an event they’ve already RSVP’d to. This is the difference between a helpful nudge and spam - and it’s handled automatically, per guest, with no manual list-checking on your end.
