# Eventi - full reference

> Send and track event invitations over WhatsApp - delivery, opens, and RSVPs for every guest, with automatic reminders for anyone who hasn't replied yet.

## What Eventi does

Eventi lets an event organizer (couples planning a wedding, parents planning a birthday, anyone organizing a reunion) do four things:

1. Create an event with a name, date, and venue.
2. Build an invitation - either an uploaded picture, sent as the actual WhatsApp image, or a link to an external site.
3. Add a guest list - typed in manually, or imported from a CSV or Excel file with a preview before anything is saved.
4. Send the invitation over WhatsApp from a real business number, with tap-to-RSVP buttons (Yes, No, Not sure yet) built into the message.

## How delivery and RSVPs work

- Delivery, read receipts, and RSVP status update live in the organizer's dashboard.
- A guest's tap on a reply button updates their status immediately.
- If a guest says Yes and was invited with more than one seat, Eventi asks a short follow-up for the final headcount.
- Reminder rounds (configurable, up to three) are sent on a delay after the previous round. A round is skipped for any guest who has already replied Yes or No - "Not sure yet" and no-reply both still receive the next round.

Q: Do my guests need to install anything?
A: No. Invitations arrive as a normal WhatsApp message. Guests tap Yes, No, or Not sure yet right inside the chat - no app to install and no account to create.

Q: How do reminders work?

style is one of elegant, arch-romance, navy-gold, soft-sky, confetti, modern-ink; language is en or he; eventType is one of wedding, bar_mitzvah, engagement, birthday, brit.
