Free wedding seating chart tool

# The seating chart tool that
knows who’s coming.

Every seating chart maker starts with the same flaw: a guest list that’s already out of date. Eventi’s wedding seating chart is built on your live RSVPs - create tables, set capacities, and assign the guests who actually confirmed, with a running list of who’s still unseated.

Free to sign up and design - no credit card required.

## From guest list to finished chart.

Four steps - and the RSVPs do the hard part.

### 1. Import your guest list

CSV, Excel, or typed in - names, family sizes, and phone numbers in one place.

### 2. Collect RSVPs first

WhatsApp invitations with one-tap replies tell you who's actually coming.

### 3. Create tables with capacities

Name each table, set how many seats it has, and watch occupancy fill in.

### 4. Assign every confirmed guest

Work through the unassigned list until it's empty - that's your chart done.

## Charts go stale.
RSVPs don’t.

Seating chart software that isn’t connected to your RSVPs means re-typing names and second-guessing counts the week of the wedding. Here the chart and the answers live in one place.

##### Seat confirmed guests, not maybes

RSVP status sits next to every name, including the follow-up headcount for families and plus-ones.

##### The unassigned list keeps you honest

Occupancy per table and a live list of everyone still without a seat - nothing slips through.

##### Changes flow through

A late cancellation updates the guest's status in the same dashboard, so the seat frees up where you'll see it.
