## How it works

### Import the membership list

Paste names and numbers from the directory or a spreadsheet. Groups for ministry, small group, choir or Sunday school let you message and count each on its own.

### Write the message in your voice

Service, potluck, volunteer rota or a prayer vigil, in your words, opening with the congregation's name. Three buttons with your labels. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day.

### Remind the silent, not the faithful

Members who tapped a button are done. The others get a reminder inside quiet hours and a final one. Members without WhatsApp get the same message by text.

### Read the count, plan the hall

Coming, bringing a dish, not this week, per group. Export the list for the kitchen team, and use the check-in screen at the retreat.
