Driving schools, music schools, tutors and course providers

# Every lesson confirmed,
every empty seat known

A driving instructor who waits twenty minutes for a student who forgot has lost the lesson and the next one. Music schools, tutoring centers and evening course providers all run on the same thin margin: a missed class costs the slot and the teacher's time. Import this week's schedule, send each student one WhatsApp with Coming and Can't make it buttons, and remind only those who have not replied. The seat that frees up on Tuesday can be offered to the waitlist on Tuesday.

WhatsApp

Hi Priya, this is Westside Driving School. Your lesson with Tom is Thursday at 3:30 PM, pickup at your home. Still good?

Coming

See you Thursday at 3:30. Tom will text when he is five minutes away.

## How it works

1

### Import the week's lessons

Export the schedule from your spreadsheet or paste names, numbers and times. A group column for instructor, course or location lets you read each teacher's week on its own.

2

### Write the reminder once

Your school's name, the instructor, the date and time, and three buttons with your labels. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day and every week after reuses it.

3

### Remind the quiet students

Those who tap a button are done. The silent get a reminder inside the hours you set and a final one the evening before. Students without WhatsApp get a text from a toll-free number. For adult learners, the complete package adds an AI voice call in English.

4

### Offer the freed seat

The dashboard shows each instructor's day with its confirmed, canceled and silent counts. Export it, or message the waitlist about the open 3:30.

## What you get

### The instructor's day is known the night before

Confirmed and canceled lessons appear by instructor, so a teacher never drives to an empty pickup.

### Parents and adult students alike

For minors the number on file is the parent's, and the message reads naturally to either. Free text like she has a cold this week is read and filed under the right answer.

### One template for the whole semester

Write it once, approve it once, send it every week with the new dates filled in.

### A thank-you or a homework note

An optional message after the lesson can carry the practice piece, the next topic or a simple thanks for coming.

## What works today

- One list per week or per class day: import, send, remind, export.
- Three buttons with your labels, reminders only to the silent, and a final reminder the evening before.
- Counts per instructor, course or site on the dashboard, and a spreadsheet export.
- Toll-free text fallback and, in the complete package, AI voice calls in English.

## What comes next

- A connection to school management and booking software so the timetable arrives by itself.
- Automatic repeats for a fixed weekly lesson, so you import once a term.
- A reschedule flow that offers open slots in the chat.

## Questions businesses ask

Straight answers before you send anything.

### We use school management software. Does it connect?

### What does the student or parent see?

### Can I remind the same students every week without re-importing?

### What does it cost?

### Can a parent opt out, and is student data safe?

## Try it with your own list this week.
