## How it works

### Import the HR list by department

Export employees from your HR spreadsheet with a column for department, site or team. Each department becomes a group you can count and remind separately.

### Write the invitation once

Town hall, offsite, holiday party or a benefits enrollment session, in the company's voice, opening with the company name. Three buttons with your labels. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day.

### Remind the silent inside working hours

Employees who answered hear nothing more. The rest get a reminder inside the hours you set and a final one. Employees without WhatsApp get a text from a toll-free number.

### Count by department, check in at the welcome desk

The dashboard shows in person, remote and declined per department. After a yes, an optional follow-up asks about dietary needs or a seat on the bus. On the day the welcome desk checks people in by name on a phone.
