# Ask one question,
get real answers

Email surveys come back from two percent of customers, and those two percent are either delighted or furious. A single WhatsApp question with three buttons, sent the day after the visit, gets answered by people in the middle, the ones whose opinion actually tells you something. Import yesterday's customers, ask how it went, and read the split on a dashboard by location or by technician.

WhatsApp

Hi Jordan, this is Peak Auto Repair in Boulder. Your car was in with us yesterday. How did we do?

GreatOkayNot good

Okay

Thanks for the honest answer. If you tell us what fell short, the shop manager will read it personally.

## How it works

1

### Import the day's customers

Export yesterday's orders or visits to a spreadsheet, or paste names and numbers. A group column for branch, server or technician lets you compare scores.

2

### Write one question, three answers

Keep it short: how was your visit, would you come back, would you recommend us. Choose the three button labels. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day and the same template runs every day after.

3

### Send once, remind once

The question goes out at a time you set. One reminder goes to people who did not answer, inside quiet hours, and then it stops. Customers without WhatsApp get the question by text.

4

### Read the split, follow up the unhappy

Great, Okay and Not good, each with a count, filtered by location. Free text under a bad score is filed with it. Export weekly and hand the Not good list to whoever calls customers back.

## What you get

### Answers from the quiet middle

A tap takes one second, so people who would never fill in a form still answer. Response rates look nothing like email.

### Free text is kept, not lost

When a customer writes the food was cold instead of tapping, the reply is read, scored and filed under the right answer with the text attached.

### Compare branches or staff

Scores per group on the dashboard show which location or which technician is slipping, this week, not next quarter.

### No survey link to abandon

The question sits inside the chat, opening with your business name. Nobody opens a browser, nobody drops out on page two.

## What works today

- One question with up to three buttons per send, sent to a list you import each day or each week.
- A single reminder to the silent, inside quiet hours, then nothing more.
- Counts per answer and per group on the dashboard, free text filed under its score, and a spreadsheet export.
- Text fallback for customers without WhatsApp.

## What comes next

- A full NPS scale from 0 to 10 and multi-question surveys with branching.
- An automatic send triggered by your point of sale or booking system after each visit.
- A shared inbox so the team can reply to unhappy customers in the thread.

## Questions businesses ask

Straight answers before you send anything.

### Can I run a real NPS survey with a 0 to 10 scale?

### Does it connect to my point of sale or booking system?

### What does the customer see?

### What does it cost?

### Can a customer opt out, and what happens to their data?

## Try it with your own list this week.
