### Open a workspace per client event

Each wedding, launch or dinner gets its own list, template and dashboard. Import the client's guest list from their spreadsheet, with a group column for family side, company or VIP tier.

### Open with the client's name

The message is written in the client's voice, opens with the client's names in the first line, and has three buttons with labels you agree on with the client. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day.

### Let the reminders run

Guests who tapped a button are done. The silent get a reminder inside quiet hours and a final one. After a yes, a follow-up collects headcount, dietary needs or a ride. Guests without WhatsApp get a text from a toll-free number.

### Export per client, hand it over

Each workspace exports its own spreadsheet. The client gets a clean list, the caterer gets a number, and you get a check-in screen and seating tables on the day.
