## How it works

### Import the invitation list

Paste donors, parents or sponsors from your spreadsheet. A group column for table host, giving level or board member lets you count each host's table on its own.

### Write the invitation once

In the foundation's voice, opening with its name, with three buttons. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day, and the same template serves the follow-up to the paper invitation.

### Remind the silent, ask for headcount

Guests who answered hear nothing more. The silent get a reminder inside quiet hours and a final one. After a yes, a follow-up asks how many are coming and about dietary needs.

### Seat the room, check guests in

Counts per host on the dashboard, seating tables, a check-in screen at the door, a morning-of message with valet details, and a thank-you the next day.
