# Nobody home at 10,
known the night before

A truck rolls out at 9:40 for a 10 to 12 window, the technician rings the bell twice, and nobody is home. The parts are on the truck, the next job is across town, and the dispatcher has a two-hour hole. Import tomorrow's route, send one WhatsApp asking whether someone will be home, with three buttons, and remind only the customers who have not answered. The reschedules come in the night before, when the dispatcher can still move the route around.

WhatsApp

Hi Carla, this is Summit Plumbing. Luis is scheduled at your home on Birch Lane tomorrow between 10 AM and 12 PM for the water heater. Will someone be home?

Yes, someone's homeNeed another timeCancel visit

Yes, someone's home

Thanks Carla. Luis will message when he is on his way. Please keep the side gate unlocked so he can reach the utility room.

## How it works

1

### Import tomorrow's route

Export the day's jobs from your dispatch board or paste names, numbers, addresses and windows. A group column for the technician or the truck lets you read each route on its own.

2

### Write the question once

Your company name, the technician's first name, the window and the job. Three buttons with labels you choose. WhatsApp approves the wording in about a day, and after that each afternoon's send takes a couple of minutes.

3

### Remind the quiet ones tonight

Customers who tap are done. The silent get one reminder inside the hours you set and a final one before the trucks leave. Customers without WhatsApp get the same question as a text from a toll-free number.

4

### Rebuild the route before dispatch

Confirmed, rescheduling, canceled and silent per technician. Move the reschedules out, push the silent ones to the end of the day, and give each tech an export of the stops that are really expecting them.

## What you get

### Fewer wasted truck rolls

A customer who taps Need another time at 8 PM saves a trip, a tank of gas and a two-hour hole. A customer still silent after two reminders is a stop you can schedule last.

### Access notes after the yes

After a confirm, an optional follow-up asks about gate codes, dogs, parking or which entrance to use, so the technician is not standing at the wrong door.

### Free text read and filed

Replies like my husband will be there, can you come after 1 instead, or the leak stopped are read and filed under the right answer, not lost on a shared phone.

### Counts per truck

The group column turns one send into a view per technician or per crew, so the dispatcher sees which route is solid and which one needs a call.

## What works today

- One list per day: import the route in the afternoon, send, remind, export before dispatch.
- Three buttons with your own labels, and a follow-up after a yes for access notes.
- Live counts per technician and per answer, and a spreadsheet export for the morning huddle.
- Text fallback from a toll-free US number, and AI voice calls in English in the complete package.

## What comes next

- A connection to field service and dispatch software so tomorrow's route arrives on its own.
- A reschedule flow that offers open windows inside the chat.
- An on-my-way message triggered from the technician's phone.

## Questions businesses ask

Straight answers before you send anything.

### Does it connect to ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

### What does the customer see?

### What does it cost for a crew of five trucks?

### Can a customer opt out, and where does their address go?

### We clean the same homes every two weeks. Does that work?

## Try it with your own list this week.
