## How it works

### Import the interview slate

Export the week from your tracking system or paste candidate names, numbers, the role and the slot. A group column for the client, the recruiter or the stage lets you read each pipeline on its own.

### Write the message once

Agency name, client, time, place, and up to three buttons with your labels. WhatsApp approves the wording in about a day, and the same template serves every slate after that.

### Remind only the silent

Candidates who tap are done. The quiet ones get a reminder inside the hours you set and a final one the evening before. A candidate without WhatsApp gets the same question as a text from a toll-free number, and in the complete package a short voice call in English.

### Report before the manager asks

Confirmed, rescheduling, withdrawn and silent per client and per recruiter. Send the hiring manager an export on Wednesday and know which slots to backfill before the conference room is booked.
