Gyms, tuition offices, clubs, insurance agents and associations

# Dues chased politely,
status known by Friday

Chasing payments by phone is awkward for whoever makes the call and for whoever takes it. Gym memberships lapse quietly, tuition installments slip a week, policy renewals go unanswered until the cover ends. Import the list of open balances, send one WhatsApp with Already paid, Paying this week and Need to talk buttons, remind only the people who have not answered, and read the status by group without making a single call.

Hi Robert, this is Ironworks Gym on 5th Avenue. Your membership renewal for April is still open. Where do things stand?

Paying this week

No problem, thank you. We will hold your spot. The front desk can take it in person or over the phone.

## How it works

1

### Import the open balances

Export the overdue list from your spreadsheet or paste names and numbers. A group column for branch, grade or policy type lets you count each separately.

2

### Write a reminder you would be comfortable receiving

Who you are, what is open, and three buttons that give people a graceful answer. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day and the template serves every month.

3

### Send, then remind the silent

Whoever answers is done. The others get a reminder inside quiet hours and one final reminder. People without WhatsApp get the same note by text from a toll-free number.

4

### Read the status, export it

Paid, paying this week, needs to talk, and still silent, each counted. Export to a spreadsheet for the bookkeeper, and call only the people who asked to talk.

## What you get

### A button instead of an awkward call

People who dodge a phone call will tap Paying this week. The reminder is private, polite and opens with your business name.

### Need to talk is a real answer

The third button gives people in trouble a way to say so, and free text like I lost my job in March is read and filed, not ignored.

### Chase only the silent

Someone who answered Already paid never hears about it again. Reminders go to the quiet ones, inside hours you set.

### A status sheet for the books

Every answer carries a timestamp. Export the list and the bookkeeper reconciles against the bank in an afternoon.

## What works today

- One list per billing cycle: import the open balances, send, remind, export the status.
- Three buttons with your labels and free text replies filed alongside them.
- Counts per answer and per group on the dashboard.
- Toll-free text fallback and, in the complete package, AI voice calls in English.

## What comes next

- Payment links inside the message so people can settle on the spot.
- A connection to billing and membership software so the overdue list arrives on its own.
- Automatic monthly repeats for standing dues.

## Questions businesses ask

Straight answers before you send anything.

### Can people pay from the message?

### Does it connect to my billing or membership software?

### What does the member see?

### What does it cost?

### Can someone opt out, and is financial data stored?

## Try it with your own list this week.
