## How it works

### Import the roster

Export the week from your scheduling spreadsheet or paste names and numbers. Add a column for the shift or the location and the message fills it in for each person, so the morning crew and the closers each read their own time.

Your business name, the shift, the date, and up to three buttons with labels you choose. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day, and from then on every send reuses it.
