## How it works

### Import the roster

Paste the parents' names and numbers from the club spreadsheet. A group column for team, age group or practice day lets a club coordinator read each team separately.

### Ask the week's question once

Game or practice, time and field, and three buttons the parents understand. WhatsApp approves the wording within about a day and the same template serves the season.

### Remind only the parents who have not answered

Families who tapped a button hear nothing more. The silent get a reminder inside quiet hours and a final one before the game. Parents without WhatsApp get a text.

### Set the lineup and the carpool

Playing, out and need a ride, counted by team. After a yes, an optional follow-up asks whether the family can offer seats. Export the list for the coach and send a morning-of message with the field number.
