Terms of Service

Eventi is a service for sending event invitations over WhatsApp with one-tap RSVP buttons, sending automatic reminders to guests who have not answered, importing and managing a guest list, tracking replies, and planning seating and budget. We may add, change or remove features as the product grows.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Give us accurate information, and let us know at support@ueventi.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Eventi is for inviting people who expect to hear from you. You may only message guests who have a genuine connection to your event and would reasonably expect your invitation. Do not upload purchased or scraped lists, and do not send unsolicited marketing. You must also comply with WhatsApp's own messaging policies, which prohibit spam and abuse. We may pause or remove content and accounts that break these rules, to protect guests and to keep our WhatsApp sending in good standing.

Eventi is free to start and priced per invite, with no subscription. You pay for the invitations you send, at the rates shown in the product before you send them. Charges are processed by our payment provider. Except where the law requires otherwise, amounts paid for invitations already sent are not refundable, since the message has already been delivered on your behalf.

The event details you create and the guest list you upload remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people on your list. We handle that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Eventi is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise that every message is delivered, that the service is never interrupted, or that it is free of errors. Delivery over WhatsApp depends on networks and providers outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, Eventi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

You can stop using Eventi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or put our WhatsApp sending at risk. If we end your account for a reason other than misuse, you keep access to anything you already paid for where practical.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we make a meaningful change, we will update this page and the date above, and give account holders notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Eventi after that means you accept the new terms.
