Four steps, a few minutes, no tech setup. ### 1. Add your guest list Type numbers in or import a CSV or Excel file. Every number is checked before anything sends. ### 2. Send your invitation Your design lands as a WhatsApp message from a real business number, or as an SMS for guests without WhatsApp. ### 3. Collect one-tap replies Yes, No or Not sure yet. No links to type and no forms to fill. ### 4. Let reminders follow up Automatic, on your schedule, for the guests who have not answered. ## Free text invitations with RSVP: what costs nothing, and what you pay for Most searches for free text message invitations end at a tool that is free to design and paid to send, and Eventi is honest about being one of them. Creating an account, importing your guest list from a spreadsheet, designing the invitation and previewing the exact message a guest will receive are all free, with no card on file. So is the event website that comes with every event, including its RSVP, where guests on your list enter their phone number and answer. If all you want is a free RSVP link to paste into a group chat, you can stop there and never pay anything. The paid part is the send itself. When you want Eventi to deliver a personal message to every guest, record each tap, and run reminder rounds for the people who have not answered, you pay $0.45 per invitation, once, before anything goes out. No scrolling your sent folder. ## A text invite with RSVP: what the guest actually sees The message opens in the guest’s WhatsApp like any other chat. At the top is your invitation image or the link to your event website. Underneath are three buttons: Yes, I’ll be there, Sorry, can’t make it, and Not sure yet. One tap and the answer is recorded against that guest’s name in your list, with the time they replied. If you invited a household and the guest says yes, Eventi asks one follow-up question for the headcount, so plus-ones are counted rather than guessed. Every guest also gets a personal RSVP page. It opens in any browser with no login and lets them read the details again and change their answer if plans move. For SMS guests this page is where they reply, since a plain text cannot carry buttons. On your side there is one guest list, one count, and a CSV export when you need to hand it to the caterer or the venue. ## Who text message invitations are for, and who should use something else Eventi fits a host with a list of phone numbers and a date: weddings, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, baby showers, reunions, company events and any gathering where the guests are people you would text anyway. It is a strong fit when the list spans ages, because a message with two buttons works for a grandparent as well as a teenager, and when you care about the count more than the party page. Use something else if you have no phone numbers and only email addresses, since Eventi sends to phones. If you are selling tickets to the public, a ticketing platform is the right tool.
